OnePlus 8T shines on Geekbench with Android 11 operating system.
The mysterious OnePlus phone with model KB2001 has appeared on the Geekbench 5 benchmark test platform. This is the first time we have encountered this specific model. The list shows that OnePlus KB2001 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC (code-named Kona).
The phone seems to have 8GB of RAM. The Android operating system is called Android11. So far, apart from a few Google Pixe| mobile phone listings (which may be internal testing), we have not seen a smartphone with Android 11 on Geekbench. This means that the OnePlus 8T smartphone is expected to be launched in October/November this year. Although it has the same processor as OnePlus 8, it should be upgraded in other areas, such as the camera, battery capacity, and fast charging technology. Choosing to use Snapdragon 865 instead of Snapdragon 865 Plus may be to reduce prices.
The phone has successfully scored 912 points in the single-core test and 3288 points in the multi-core test. Of course, there are still a few months away from the official release of OnePlus 8T, but we have already begun to get some key details about the series. The latest news of the Camera APK disassembly shows that the OnePlus 8T series may have a 64MP main camera sensor. The sensor is expected to provide higher resolution and capture finer details in well-lit areas. The disassembly also hinted that when using the 64MP sensor, the camera's "continuous shooting mode" function will be disabled.
